His experience shaped a practical premise for the company: specialized work deserves systems designed around the people, decisions, records, and workflows that actually define it.

From Education to Harmonia
The company grew from recurring operational problems
Music education requires far more than instruction and performance. Directors coordinate people, schedules, equipment, literature, uniforms, attendance, assessment, communication, events, and countless exceptions. Over time, the recurring friction in those responsibilities became the starting point for Harmonia Conductor and, ultimately, for Harmonia Nexus as a broader software company.
