Implementation

From plan selection to operational readiness.

Configured around the school—not dropped in as a generic template.

Tardy Tracker Pro onboarding is designed to establish the local operating context before staff begin using the system. That includes capacity, schedules, calendar structures, tardy rules, interventions, permissions, pass behavior, and the modules included with the selected plan.

Current Delivery Model

Controlled onboarding

The plan catalog, entitlement model, provisioning contract, receipt verification, school crosswalk, product-local owner creation, and post-provisioning validation have been exercised through controlled acceptance. Customer rollout remains deliberately managed rather than self-service.

Implementation Path

Six stages to a configured school environment

1. Define Scope

Confirm the organization, school count, expected student capacity, and operational goals.

2. Select a Plan

Choose the governed plan level and rate schedule that matches capacity and module needs.

3. Configure Local Rules

Establish school year, schedules, calendar days, tardy codes, intervention thresholds, roles, and pass settings.

4. Provision Access

Create the controlled organization/school environment, user access, subscription projection, and module entitlements.

5. Validate Readiness

Verify product health, configuration, entitlement enforcement, launch routes, and primary workflows.

6. Go Live Deliberately

Move operational staff into the configured workflow with clear responsibilities and support expectations.

School Configuration

Local operational rules matter

  • School years and reporting periods
  • Regular and alternate daily schedules
  • Calendar-day assignments
  • Tardy codes and timing thresholds
  • Intervention thresholds and response paths
  • Pass templates and configuration, where entitled
People & Access

Set the right responsibilities

  • Organization and school ownership
  • User accounts and role assignment
  • Role-based permissions
  • Module-entitlement enforcement
  • Administrative versus operational access
  • Post-provisioning verification
Implementation Principle

Successful adoption is not just account creation. The goal is a school environment whose schedules, policies, permissions, workflows, and entitlements are understandable before the first operational day.
